Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Ayanna Monéa is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

We will review and send a replacement if approved.
